Sakīna is a mindfulness app that helps you manage your screen time through the iOS Screen Time API. We believe in complete transparency and minimal data collection. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information Collection

Screen Time Data

• We use Apple's Screen Time API to:
  • Block apps you select
  • Monitor usage during allowed periods
• This data remains on your device and is managed through iOS system settings
• We cannot and do not access your Screen Time data beyond the permissions you grant through iOS

Local Storage

We only store:

• Your dhikr (prayer) count
• Earned screen time minutes
• Break session timings
• Selected apps for blocking

All this information is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and never leaves your device.
